The material intent for this coastal architectural project is inspired by its natural surroundings. The aim was to blend the built environment with the coastal landscape by incorporating elements such as natural timber, concrete, and native planting. Natural timber, chosen for its warmth and natural feel, will infuse the design with a sense of connection to Burleigh bushland.

Concrete, in its raw and minimalist form, will provide a sturdy foundation. Through this thoughtful selection of materials, we aim to create a space that seamlessly integrates with its coastal environment, fostering a sense of serenity and harmony for its inhabitants.
