Bal Harbour
-
The luxury dwelling at 4 Bal Harbour, situated within the canal system of Gold Coast, is conceived as an expressive architectural composition defined by curved geometry and shifting planar surfaces. The form is not static, but fluid. Its surfaces bending and folding to respond to light, outlook, and the movement of the surrounding environment.
This interplay of curvature and layered planes creates a dynamic spatial experience, where spaces continuously expand, contract, and reframe views toward the water and skyline of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The architecture embraces softness in form while maintaining precision in detailing, producing a residence that is both sculptural and grounded.
The result is a contemporary coastal dwelling that dissolves conventional boundaries between structure and landscape, offering a refined sense of flow, openness, and calm within a highly articulated architectural language.
