Conversion of 1990s brick and tile beach house to a modern, open-plan sustainable living environment. Designed to optimise northern solar access, cross-ventilation, and thermal comfort without heating or air conditioning. Situated on a small block across from Tallows Beach, Suffolk Park NSW.
