Shortlisted design for a mixed use building in Byron Bay. Studio Workshop collaborated with Clare Design on a proposal for a three storey mixed use commercial/residential building with a first floor restaurant; Options for residential penthouses or short-stay accom-modation.

The proposed building was going to be constructed using CLT as the structural system which then would also create the interior finished surface.
