Designed for its prominent Mermaid Beach location, the project balances sculpted form, durable materials and subtropical living. Curved edges, textured finishes and layered landscaping soften the architectural expression.

The two residences capture ocean views, natural light and cross ventilation, with generous balconies, rooftop terraces and plunge pools embracing the coastal lifestyle.
