Alterations & Additions: This classic 80’s suburban dwelling will be teleported to 2025 with an overhaul to the planning and material composition throughout. The end result will be a home that balances rich materiality with lively indoor/outdoor connections and a palette of refined details, all to enhance the canal-side location in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast.

Updated joinery and wet areas, a new feature stair, alfresco dining, and a handsome street presence have been composed through a really engaging dialogue with the client and our design team.
