On a rare large site in the Mermaid Beach locale, this project is working hard to challenge the site and pedestrian arrangement of typical townhouse developments by addressing the urban setting with a formal and identifiable street entrance, which makes the garage and car secondary.
With the parking pushed sub-level, it allows for more generous landscaping elements and façade treatment, and keeps the project as a code assessable application while not losing key internal GFA.
