We are very excited to announce this new project recently submitted for DA with Gold Coast City Council in the Mermaid Beach locale, this project is working hard to challenge the site and pedestrian arrangement of typical townhouse developments by addressing the urban setting with a formal and identifiable street entrance, which makes the garage and car secondary.
