Seventy Five
-
Lot 75 is conceived as a landmark multi-residential development on a tightly constrained, triangulated site at the edge of Port Moresby, where steep topography and coastal exposure define both the challenge and the opportunity. Positioned at the culmination of a dramatic hillside descent, the building is imagined as a refined architectural gesture that resolves complex geometry into clarity, order, and presence. Rather than resisting the irregular site boundary, the design embraces it—allowing the plan to fold, taper, and open in response to views, wind, and movement down the slope.
As a pinnacle expression of luxury living, the development is not defined solely by material richness, but by spatial generosity, layered privacy, and an elevated relationship to landscape and horizon. The architecture steps deliberately with the terrain, forming a vertical neighbourhood of residences that each capture light, air, and expansive outlooks. At its heart, the project extends the broader civic and coastal ambitions of the Paga Hill Foreshore, contributing a sculptural and finely resolved form that marks the edge between urban density and open sea.
