The urban design vision for the Triiio activity precinct at Paga Hill in Port Moresby was to introduce a series of integrated sporting and wellness facilities designed to create a private inner sanctuary for residents.

The development incorporated a tennis court, rock climbing wall and continuous walking and running paths woven throughout the landscape, encouraging both recreation and active lifestyles. These shared amenities were carefully positioned to provide moments of retreat, leisure and social interaction, transforming the residential environment into a healthy and engaging community focused on wellbeing, fitness and connection to the surrounding natural setting.
